      Pros

      Customer obsession and working backwards is at the heart of how innovation happens at Amazon/AWS. There is a lot of tolerance to try out new things and it is ok to find later that similar stuff exists with other departments in Amazon.

      Cons

      Processes and RACI are difficult to establish. Bias for action often trumps the need for discipline/structure.

      - Great Team to help you build on your targets and goals - Management are really hands on with their teams, catch ups and team activities - Real team spirit across the board - Not just another employee, liaise with senior managers and above.

      Cons

      - At the moment I am glad to say I wouldn't have anything negative.
