Pros

Vibrant culture, well-paid, flexible working hours

Cons

I feel I must deliver result and raise the bar ASAP. not really a con, but can be a little stressful for new hire. don't really have time to take a break and settle for company culture/ soft skill.

Pros

The management is incredibly great. People are able to talk to any of them and get a proper response. Besides this, the support is excellent and there is always a chance to get to the next level in your career if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

I believe they could pay a little bit more in this country.

Pros

3 month training program that covers an increadable amount of information that has to be completed before you can even speak to a customer. Ensures your not wasting customers time while trying to come up to speed.

Cons

High rate of change, so a lot to keep learning, but actually a pro when you are speaking with customers.
