* Good sign on bonus for the first couple of years. * Can spend most of the time working on technical stuff. * Good colleagues.

Cons

* Leadership is forcing everyone to return to office for no good reason. They probably want more attrition, have pressure from the government, and want their tax breaks. * The job now requires more of my time due to the overhead of RTO. * Stock is down 50% and no new stock granted to make up for that.
