Horrible burnout culture!

Pros

None! Oh, wait, if you are in Seattle you can get bananas that are worth 10 cents a piece ¬¬.

Cons

There's so much here... Low pay, inhumane workload, lack of career development, lack of diversity, basic health benefits, 401k does NOT vest unless you stay for 3 years, burnout culture, backloaded stock grant, no stock refreshers, 0,5% to 3% raises are considered "top performer". Complete slaughter house. And if that was not enough, be ready to work on the crappiest codebase you've ever seen!
