Pros

Work life balance at Amazon Web Services is totally dependent on the team you are in. I have been in multiple teams at Amazon in the past 4 years. There were teams where work was minimal with lots of time for myself. But I have also been in a team where we had to work long hours and through weekends to meet deadlines.

Cons

I have witnessed and been part of constant re-orgs and manager changes that can affect the career negatively if you are a fresher.
