      Great mix of work, fairly variable travel schedules

      Pros

      Mix of office work, as well as time spent in manufacturing. Lots of interaction with cross functional groups including sales, marketing, manufacturing, etc.

      Cons

      Certain roles will travel closer to 50% of the time seemingly, which was more than expected.

      Pros

      Many workers can “hide” by being agreeable without having to get anything done. Just don’t make waves. So put a high score on those employee surveys and keep nodding your head as yes. VPs don’t want any opinions, just validation, especially in Operations.

      Cons

      No diversity at manager level or above. All VPs and Directors are old white men living in Wisconsin, who were forever with Bemis.
