Pros

- Some individuals were nice.

Cons

- Worst leadership I've ever experienced - Zero diversity and inclusion, especially for women / minorities! - Zero growth and development! - Zero trust and collaboration, especially for new hires - My boss had to ask his boss if I could arrive 30 min later than everyone else - zero flexibility or work/life balance

Pros

Slightly above average pay for area

Cons

Amcor believes they own you. “Supervisior in a 24/7 environment” is code for calls, texts, and group texts at all hours from your direct reports and managers up to the plant manager. Very unprofessional, the volume of calls and texts at odd hours from managers over things that could be handled during normal business hours. Holidays, vacations, bereavement they do not care to call. No true time away from work. They also feel the need to be involved in your private life. Constant credit holds due to Amcor not paying their bills. Amcor has went down hill since the Beemis merger.
