      1. They don't provide experience letter if employee wants to move from company 2. They don't provide the salary of notice period even after leaving the organisation 3. They don't provide full and final settlement also 4. Forget the work life balance , if you are joining

      Worst Management only do meetings , no output of meeting. Supply chain india director is one of the worst leader...even dont know practical aspects Supply chain ( purchase, PPC , store and dispatch, ) one of the worst department due to bad leadership.

      I can not think of a single pro for working at this plant

      Cons

      Hr is incapable of doing job correctly. Upper management is job scared so all accountability is placed on operator Awful training (setup to fail) Shifts are set up to work against each other
