Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, and for the positive feedback. We're pleased to hear that we you are having a positive experience and that we are able to meet your expectations. We do generally receive positive feedback about our benefits and pay, its great to know we are a competitive employer and rewarding our people fairly. We appreciate that as a manufacturing organization there are shifts that run 24/7 all year round. We know this is only possible thanks to our dedicated people like yourself, thank you!

Pros

The pay is decent. 8 hour shifts. Job is pretty easy once you learn everything. Quick to move up to an operator. Business is booming. Plenty of room for overtime once trained.

Cons

12 mandatory Saturday’s in a rolling year. Only get a week vacation after a year. No PTO days for sickness. Employee plus children health insurance is $144 a week starting January 2022
