Good pension and good people who on shop floor
Cons
Very bad management, managers bully shop floor , threatened with your job daily , only 40 min in breaks on 12 hour shift while office staff on 8 hrs get an hour, only can get promotion if you face fit or befriend a manager, back stabbing and bullying is rife, safety is supposedly first but that's not the case unwritten rule is production first , they pretend with safety ,generally an unhappy and bad environment to work in
