good people and excellent work/life balance. cares about employees (at least before hiring the new CEO from external). stable market without much competition.

Cons

Very incompetent executive teams who only cares for near term and numbers. No innovation at all. last visionary leaders left the company around 2013. since the hiring of new CEO, started repeated cut, and cut deep into the bones (VP's words). many people inside is convinced that it will be sold by the parent company, just at what time.
