Ok salary but watch out as HR and senior managers will take every advantage to pay you as little as possible

Cons

Horrible place to work. No meritocracy. You can only move up by entering in some sort of feudal relationships with senior managers. Top managers are baby boomers who are completely incompetent to run the business in 21st century.
