Paid time off is usually offered to permanent employees, in your case this wasn’t applicable. Hopefully you gained some learnings during your time with us and we thank you for your contributions.       Think low of Employees

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime i guess.

      Cons

      Treat employees like crap. Want to under staff and cut employees, but make up with forcing everyone to work overtime. Horrible upper management that only knows how to make cuts even after making record profits.
