      Ended my job with a good redundancy

      Cons

      Squeezing wages and pushing production targets with a detrimental effect on quality and moral to increase profits is not a good business model

      Good BAU job but needs work in management

      Pros

      Great people and solid project management. Very infrequent to require out of hours work unless you're on support.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management see IT exclusively as a cost center. Not many perks or social events. Small budget for the number of users that are being supported.

      Too much mandated overtime Not much family time or days off No sick time No bonuses outside of "gainshares"
