Pros

Frontline employees are an asset.

Cons

PD- not employee friendly - non supportive of HR HRM reports to PD with dotted line to Sr. HRM. HRM is micro managed by both PD and Sr HRM PD doesn’t interact with frontline employees PD doesn’t support the on-site leadership team PD and Sr. HRM will resort to unethical/unprofessional practices to get the outcome they desire.

Pros

The fellow workers on the factory floor. Great bunch of people.

Cons

Management, always hired from outside the business, they have no idea. The people that can’t do their job properly get given other opportunities while the good workers get loaded up until they can’t cope. Too much time is spent “cooking the books” to make reports look good. Used to be good place to work, now the atmosphere is tense because you don’t know who is next on management hit-list. That’s why I’m here on this site, gotta get out before it’s my turn.
