Pros

Ummmmmmmmmm, nothing comes to mind straight away

Cons

Bullying is rife and so ingrained that they think it's normal. ( read that first sentence slowly ) Abusive mid level managers who are corrupted and behave like elites who believe the production staff are beneath them socially, financially, educationally, intellectually. Production staff are viewed as toys and used for personal games from mid level managers to mess with them just for fun. They say safety first, but you're expected to ignore that and just go along with the facade of that and shut up and don't rock the boat. Old school secret rules of kissing up to the boss gets you to a point of being left alone, or don't kiss up and watch out, you're on the list. This is a disgusting workplace that has a dirty underbelly of nasty interpersonal relationships and much infighting, the atmosphere is generally poor with a recent suicide of one staff member.
