      great pay $18hr-30hr+ pending experience and years of service with company, good benefits, quarterly bonuses, most of the manufacturer has HVAC expect warehouse,

      Cons

      12hr shifts working every other weekend mandatory OT, your schedule and job position hired for can change at any given time. most of the technology does not work properly and majority of the time attending to them and just overall manually having to operate them. Automation is poor.
