Fair compensation & benefits, flexible scheduling, friendly people, interesting products(healthcare), leader in their industry.

Cons

IT is not very helpful in assisting with applications. I inherited an older laptop when starting my position, they've had my new laptop for 2 months but i've yet to receive it because they can't figure out how to install a program I use. The Helpdesk is also clueless on most items i've called them for.

Cons

Needs more diversity in the workforce. Interview process is kind of long and HR does not always get back with an answer when they compromised to.
