      Pros

      None at all management is terrible, the company is morally deficient

      Cons

      You will be treated like a disposable inmate, there is no safety culture at all. If you get injured, management will do everything they can to fire you. Safety rules will also conflict with job requirements. Do not expect to have a normal life at all. Constant mandates, shift changes, oh if you do get a better position, you may have to wait up to a year to get it. Pay is now less than other plants. Right now during covid it is not safe at all.

      I worked there and the place was nice, I loved working there.

      I have a lot of friends that is there for me, I was familiar with the working environment.

      Cons

      I had a lot of experience there, so there was little challenges.

      Great place to work. Coworkers are great. Always enjoyed going to work.

      Pay could have been better but the benefits were great.
