      Company growing fast and offering opportunities frequently. The organisation changes frequently, in our domain, around every 2 years, so you may have opportunities to perform different roles.

      Cons

      Very lean organisation in general. What goes with acquisition means divestitures and periodic restructuring.

      Management plays favorites.

      Good pay and profit sharing bonus

      Cons

      Lack of training and upward mobility. Management plays favorites- always giving OT to the same people while others get in trouble if problems come up requiring last minute OT for troubleshooting. Management also needs to stop with the nepotism-too many family members working on the same teams. Management needs to follow through in their commitment to safety - if an employee gets hurt while on the job because of bad workspace planning the company is responsible. The employee should not lose pay because you force them to go to workmen’s comp doctors who won’t release job restrictions
