      Wow don't know if it's the old Managers or the new company idea of cutbacks.

      Cons

      Management like to use the words Industry Standard to justify every change they make. Only work here if that is all you want to do is work there. For straight time mostly. You will be forced to work outside your normal shift for straight pay.
