      Great place to work if your face fits and you have the outstanding ability to not challenge any decision made by group and Senior managers

      Cons

      Continuous changes to management structure / vision and strategy. Bullying is rife but goes freely unrecognised. Democracy and freedom of speech is not welcomed. The HR department are completely inept in assisting employees, breeding fear and emotional instability
