      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      As the Largest Manufacturer of packaging the world AMCOR has an excellent safety record in the production plants. Wages are determined by salary surveys and is typically higher than similar jobs in the area benefits are comparable for the industry. The company has the resources to use state of the art applications. Profitable and stable.

      Cons

      Always trying to lower cost to produce and requiring people to do more work in their positions. Decisions made at the division level are not relevant at the plant level. The company experiences the same communication problems that all large companies experience.

      Pros

      Zero. The bathrooms did not even have toilet paper. You had to use shop towels.

      Cons

      Management consists of a few psychotic morons in a circus tent. If you like verbal abuse and enjoy employment compared to prison life, this is the place for you. Career opportunities do not exist, especially if you are talented. Political skills will get you to the top of the mountain otherwise you will be trained as a puppet.

      Pros

      Fruits and snacks at pantry. Still have some nice people left but soon will be gone.

      Cons

      Too much politics at play which hinders work and many difficult people to work with. Management style is the worst i ever seen and not a surprise that business goes downhill. Not sure why share price goes up though. Some people assume higher post and control others at same level (guess she desperately wants promotion however at the expense of others).
