Good learning opportunities, Cutting edge technologies are used which are helpful for carrier growth, focus on R&D, several hackathons throughout the year.

Cons

Compensation is on the lower side as per market standard. Work-life balance is messed up, hard deadlines and lot of things assigned at a time to work on.

1. Micromanagement 2. Always asked for overtime and no allowance. 3. Internal politics 4. High work pressure because higher management promises unrealistic deadline to clients for sake of their repo 5. You will have good experience on the day of introduction only.
