Really good teammates, not a lot of office politics
Pros
1 - Free breakfast and snacks, subsidized cost for lunch. 2 - Opportunity to work on latest technologies. 3 - Chance to work with a multinational team. 4 - Inclusive policies. 5 - Not too much office politics. 6 - Lots of chances to go abroad. 7 - (Specific to Pune) The location is really good. 8 - Team lunches and events. 9 - Good gifts during festivities. 10 - (Specific to Pune, not sure about other locations) Really good quality office busses. 11 - Good work culture and ethics. 12 - Generally, very helpful teammates.
Cons
1 - Salary can often not be up to the mark. 2 - Work-life balance can be a mess. 3 - If assigned to legacy products or clients, the opportunity to grow can be hampered. 4 - Cost of office provided transportation can be a bit expensive for lower level employees.
