Employee Engagement Programs if you get excited with such things. Significant Dependency on India Decent Pay [ Not the best in Market though as used to be in the past]

Cons

Supporting Customers on Outdated Tools and Technology so limits your exposure as well to new technologies. Stagnant growth. Company grows through acquisitions and not due to any organic growth. The moment accquisitions stop company revenue will go down. Doesn't seem a sustainable business model. Israels are considered to be brains and Indians are expected to do execution and not expected to think. Recent leaderships have been brought in India to try changing this or portray a different picture. Just a eyewash though but a lottery for some undeserving employees Salaries gets restricted after few years. Even if you get market correction they make sure it gets averaged out in 3 years so after 3 years you are actually in a much worse situation than before - Smart Israeli brains behind such corrections. Onsite opportunities brought down post COVID and will eventually die so one of biggest advantage will die in 2 to 3 years completely.
