1) Lot of travel opportunities 2) Gain good telecom domain knowledge

Cons

1) Senior software developers are suffering due to lack of experience of others 2) Work life balance is non existent recently and management seemed to be proud of it. 3) very average compensation and bonuses. 4) Development is very amdocs specific sometimes, depends on project

1. Well defined hierarchy 2. Free snacks and subsidized lunch 3. Onsite a bit early in professional domain (but they are not really worth)

Cons

1. Work on Amdocs platform with not so good technical expertise. 2. Screw up work life balance , projects like : Vodafone India (no onsites), USCC and NET Brazil kills a lot of people 3. Some products are not stabilized (OMS) and people are expected to be 24*7 working. 4. Not a good pay master, pays less than Infosys, Cognizant for experienced candidates 5. Very low re-location, don't join incase your looking for long term opportunities quickly 6. If you want to be a hardcore techie or learn a lot in software industry, please don't join it

1. Work Environment is flexible and not many rules 2. Good food 3. Short term travel opportunities 4. Exposure in working with ppl from other locations like Israel, US, Brazil etc

Cons

1. People may get badly stuck in the Amdocs specific tools/frameworks 2. No exposure to open technologies at all and work will become very routine after sometime 3. Manager do play politics for their survival.. Be aware 4. Work life balance is not good in many projects
