- Still feels like an Israeli company - culture can be aggressive and demanding and professional standards are a little different. You need to have fairly thick skin to thrive there. - Focus on employees has changed over the years - Amdocs used to feel like family but with it's growth has become a more typical corporation - benefits and employee treatment are still good, but they used to be excellent
