      Amdocs is going hybrid

      Pros

      Hybrid setup, flexible to a degree, HMO for 2 dependents, unlimited vacations, free food on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Salary is also competitive. You work on a multinational environment, but mostly Indian counterparts. Their English is good so don't judge.

      Cons

      They want you report to office, but people you work with is still on remote. During training, you will be part of a local team, but you will be assigned to different accounts. But you will do team building nevertheless. No relocation package when they move to hybrid setup.

      Pros

      Working with Most advanced technologies (Spring , Kubernetes, Openshift, Microsevices, Apache Kafka, etc). Excellent dining room.

      Cons

      Relatively low salary. Very big organization and sometimes need to support and enhance old components of software.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, working on the latest cloud technologies for telecom. Work from home.

      Cons

      The salary could be better, but they are open to negotiating so make sure you put your value on the table in your hiring process. Could receive some stock shares. HR should be more proactive in some cases. Depending on the project you will be working you will need to spend more than 8 hours to meet some delivery deadlines (you can leave earlier on other days to compensate if you are WFH).
