Overall Amdocs provides good perks (share buy backs, provident fund, lunch buffet at the office, hybrid work, office parties)
Cons
Department heads attitudes are leaving everyone in a bad mood. No appreciation and no annual appraisals or bonuses or even feedback with stupid excuses and rude behavior in every interaction i had with them. Asking us to provide info in the last second before we leave and tons of emails during the night and then not even a thank you. They never have any time for questions or training and they say lets schedule a call and come some other time to discuss this and they never do! All the money they pay them only to have this mood all the time!!!
