      Good benefits, charities for good causes, never dull. Career opportunities if you are willing to move

      Cons

      Put people from the mother country in charge at customer sites that did not know the business or customer. Always looking over your shoulder to see if you are next part of downsizing. Purchased companies and then cut personnel.

      It is a good company for a multi-cultural experience

      Cons

      There are three companies in one, with very different management styles. 1- ATT organization 2- Services organization and 3- The rest of Amdocs. If you happen to be an acquired company , good luck . Worst process ever
