      Amdocs offers a genuinely stable working environment, which is rare in tech. The work-life balance is better than most companies in the industry — you're not expected to be "always on," and flexible/remote arrangements are accommodated. The colleagues are great; smart, collaborative people who make day-to-day work enjoyable. There are also real learning opportunities if you seek them out — the scale of the systems you work on exposes you to complex, enterprise-level problems you wouldn't encounter at a smaller company.

      Cons

      Career progression moves slowly. Promotions and salary raises don't keep pace with the market, and you can find yourself doing senior-level work without the title or compensation to match. The tech stack is heavily legacy — if you're passionate about working with modern frameworks and cutting-edge tooling, you'll feel the friction.
