      Pros

      Good facilities, compared to any other similar company in the market. Get to get good exposure in telecom domain with customers across the world.

      Cons

      Indian management has started to treat the company as just another Indian company. Managers push to complete everything as if there is no tomorrow and everything would crash if not completed today. To show case their capability to deliver projects in "record time" and to get promotions, they treat the employees as dirt.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. The telecom domain is the future, and Amdocs is the top runner in it. So there is nothing you can miss about this domain, if your are in Amdocs. Very good place to work. Employee is respected.

      Cons

      Lot of favoritism that affect the performance of some teams. Some political play in management. If you don't know the local language, you will become alien to them,even if you are good in English.
