Pros
It's a large stable company with a lot of resources and good employee benefits. You'll meet some good people, and basically enjoy your car, pension plan, cafeteria, and other niceties that make it hard to want to leave.
Cons
Think Dilbert. It's a large company, and can be very bureaucratic. There are office politics, and not a lot of information sharing. You are expected to work hard, but not necessarily rewarded for hard work. There are some brilliant minds, but that is not generally who they hire.
