Pros
– Remote work – Salary wasn’t bad – Some corporate benefits were helpful
Cons
There were many communication gaps between the departments and their interests (Dept. of Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.), so no project could be carried out logically and constructively. I would say that they hide behind the image of a "modern IT company that constantly innovates and expands its spectrum of services" when, in reality, it is a large, deformed company without a clear and stable direction and, consequently, a disorganized work dynamic.
