Dreadful

Pros

Not many, their package is pretty standard to most companies

Cons

Poor work-life balance: Work-life balance is "non-existant". Dysfunctional leadership: Leadership is constantly "squabbling for who gets the sale," which indicates a lack of clear direction and cooperation. Destructive acquisition strategy: The company has a "wash, rinse, repeat" strategy of acquiring smaller companies to take their profits and then dismantle the businesses. The company deceives new employees into thinking they are valued before laying them off. Deceptive practices: The company says they are interested in learning what made the smaller company successful, but every time does the exact same thing to the smaller company.
