      Slow growth but they are improving a lot. Great employee care.

      Pros

      Employee care, good subsidised food, great work environment and friendly employees. Amdocs is good for settling down. It's a big company too.

      Cons

      Still working on the legacy systems. People try to create dependency rather than sharing knowledge to their Juniors. Other than that it's good.

      Big Company, Lots of Projects, Free meals

      Cons

      Old company using legacy systems and policies. Their outlook towards the industry is probably from the 80s. No vertical or horizontal movement despite the company having loads of projects. If you are happy working for a fixed salary without a lot of expectations, its a good place to work. If you want to develop your skillset, not at all a good place to be in.
