Amdocs is a great company to upskill yourself. The work you would get here could be great and challenging but depends a lot on project and team requirments. Most of the business units work on core amdocs products leaving minimum room for customized requirements. The work is kind of different - in a closed ecosystem which is not everyone's forte, but if you start engaging yourself into it then there's a lot to learn. Opportunities are ample and amdocs is employee friendly when it comes to chasing your interests. It cares about its employees.

Cons

Growth depends a lot in which business unit you are. Some units are very good in terms of compensation and promotions however, some units offer limited rewards. This can work against you sometimes.
