Pros
Work culture, food :) , perks if you are a good performer generally in terms of bonus, onsite opportunities are there in delivery group which is customer facing.
Cons
Salary average. Working on in house tools which are getting outdated. Although Amdocs does have a plan to move towards open source and cloud based technologies in few years. Not enough time allocated for planning of projects resulting in many issues and design changes later.
