Pros
1.Learning (I joined as tester Learning about functional and Automation testing ) 2.Job security ( for Full time employees I can say job security is there) 3.Yearly bonus which is not part of CTC your CTC is fixed on top in November will get bonus on performance basic Other than that food in Cafeteria and pantries, team events and goodies from Amdocs is also the best part
Cons
1. Increments and promotion is not that great it should be better (during covid appraisal ) 2. Work life balance ( Weekend working and working in Festiv and national holidays is there mostly) depends on team and manager.
