      Pros

      People, talent development, many growth opportunities . Started my career as a junior and with time promoted to manager. Global company , big enterprise this is the best school.

      Cons

      I would say that the cons are the same for any large enterprise. Lots of bureaucracy and complex process that are not always needed. The salaries and compensation programs are not very attractive.

      flexible working hours and working from home is normal

      too many managers, complicate company with no real attention to employee, all is based on projects...during the project the work pressure is really high and when the project finished they throw you

      Stable, Lots of opportunities in many departments, a good sense of belonging.

      Cons

      Depends who is your manager. The ability to grow in the company depends only on your manager willingness to promote you. If your manager is not directing this, it will never happen and you better find another role in the company in order to try again.
