      Pros

      There are some wonderful people at Aseracare who truly care about patients and do their best every day, but systemic issues in leadership and priorities can make it hard to thrive long-term.

      Cons

      While the company promotes a patient-first philosophy, in practice, the focus often feels more aligned with admissions and numbers than with the quality of care. For those who value integrity and a true patient-centered approach, this can be difficult to reconcile. Advancement within the company can be challenging. Leadership positions often seem to go to individuals with little tenure, and internal growth doesn’t appear to be based on merit or experience. There’s a noticeable emphasis on relationships and internal politics rather than consistent performance or dedication.
