They are pure profit company. They appear to care about patient care however, it is all about how much they can make. There is no commitment to committed employees and when they need a scapegoat, it will not be a male . Good ol boys club. Don’t get sick, they will find justification to terminate you. Hostile work environment and again no regard for patient care.

The company is more focused on admissions and census versus whether clinicians are prepared and feel they have what they need. They are disorganized. As an organization they do not invest in the growth of its leadership closest to staff. The benefits are absolutely horrible. You don't feel like you are part of a team, everyone is just trying to survive.
