      Pros

      Opportunity to make a difference in patients health; support/some of the training programs soon after hire.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals for a rural markets; too many Chiefs; burn-out excellent employees quickly. Employees cannot be expected to complete work unpaid.

      The local office is supportive of each other .

      Cons

      The expectations and pressure is unbearable.office staff is kept to a bare bone min .New staff are brought in at significantly higher pay rates than staff .that have been loyal to the company . work,life balance to this company means you can take the computer home and work at night and on the weekends while you are in the same house as your family.

      Pros

      Not really anything good to say about this company, they use you up and then expect more than you can possibly give.

      Cons

      Don't get me wrong I am very thankful for LPN's, we need them, however when they can treat RN's like they are nothing, talk about them to every staff member then something is definitely wrong. There is no work life balance with this job if you have to cover 4 or 5 county's in one day, there is no way to get everything done in 8 hours, and if you counted what you did at home they would probably fire you.
