      There was nothing good about working here.

      Was hired to work in one county with set towns. Upon the phone screening I was told I would be salaried. When I had the "real interview" (which lasted MAYBE 4 minutes) I was told this was a pay per visit job full time. After 3 months of orientation, there were NO cases in the towns I was hired to work in. When the staff reached out the other therapist to send me referrals she said there was nothing she could send me causing my paycheck to be really low. After weeks of this I was getting pushed further and further down the map to work in towns I would have never agreed to work from the beginning, having to drive sometimes over an hour in between patients. Eventually I became a floater and this company had me working ALL TOWNS in two different county's giving me 20 patients a day then asking me if I dont want to make money. I would avoid this company at all cost.

      Corporate gets in the way again

      Corporate and their ridiculous push for numbers take away from patient care because they quickly burnout staff Management is cliquey and environment exudes immaturity Lack of support from higher ups
