Poor leadership from upper management. They claim as a Director you are the CEO of your care center but you are only the CEO when they need someone to blame otherwise you must do everything exactly as the higher ups tell you to do it regardless of your concerns. Concerns fall on dead ears. No one wants to listen to the real issues. The company only cares about Star ratings and Growth and will do anything to achieve both of those. The expectations on field staff are completely unreasonable so you are always short staffed because no one stays.
