      Pros

      Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays off

      Cons

      Overloaded with work, constant criticism with no recognition, harassment by management is ignored. Management will use unethical methods to paint any employee who tries to improve patient care as "the problem". They do and will jeopardize their own patients health and care needs in order to accomplish their goal of slandering their staff.
