Freedom - All they expect is results and not reasons. Salary is not a constraint for the right and proven candidates

Cons

Its all your responsibility to make every single task accomplishment. So all the way down you have to put extra at most of the times to accomplish your target. Pretty less perks and services comparatively with other organizations(Insurance, Cab, etc).
