Not so nice employees. too much back stabbing and gossiping

98% of staff/co-workers were in India (and India-ran company) - so there were business practices and culture that was not favorable; often language barriers with offshore co-workers No opportunity to build rapport with clients - had to make over 50 calls a day and were discouraged from building long-lasting client relationships (which would better sustain the sales pipeline, increase client retention, and lower the costs of getting job reqs.) More of a turn and burn sales model with no one in the organization doing service quality checks with the placements (gaining valuable business feedback from clients and contract employers) Unwillingness to invest in marketing assets (outdated website) Lack of training Family-Owned and Operated - No positions of growth available
