There is decent pay and small company perks

Cons

There's so much lack of organization and personal favorites within the company and little room to grow. They are some getting paid far more than others but the work load doesn't equate to the compensation. There is a lot of Grey and not enough black and white. I have seen managers throwing there team under the bus, do little to no work then get an increase. There is no loyalty to the long term employees, no 401k, expensive insurance and no open door policy. Lowest paid gets all the labor and highest paid get paid the more. There isn't any real incentive to be a good employee here at all. There is no employee appreciation unless your blonde, or know someone high up in management.
